Each of the word squares contains 4 names of characters from the same Square Enix game. Additionally, one of the cells in each square is not used. Putting the unused cells is another word square, keeping them in the same location they were originally, and then reading left to right, top to bottom gives the answer CHRONO TRIGGER (another Square Enix game).
