ISO 15924 lists "Codes for the representation of names of scripts". 2278 phone-spells to CPRT, one of the codes in that list, representing Cypriot, an ancient Greek script.
Keeping with the phone theme, then, each of the 5 lines spells out a letter from the Cypriot syllabary: each two digit number represents a line formed by connecting the two numbers on a phone keypad, and all the lines thus formed draw a letter. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The resulting Cypriot characters spell out the answer ALIENESE. |
