If you search the web for the five listed items (T-Shirt, Desk, Milk, Link Cable, Rabbit), among the first hits will be lists of products which have humorous reviews on Amazon.com. If you go to the page for each item and read the most helpful reviews, you'll notice that the review titles fit into the blank spaces.

The letters that fall into the boxes spell out words. In the order given, this yields the clue phrase "THEWORD BURGESS COINED VIAMISS BELINDA". The word that Mr. Burgess coined is BLURB, which is the answer to the puzzle.
